Shipping policy
At PIEM Leathers, all our shoes are carefully handmade, and every order goes through a production process before shipping.
1. Production Timeline
Standard Orders:
Production for standard orders takes up to 12 working days from the date full payment is confirmed.
Sale Orders:
Production for items purchased during sales takes up to 20 working days from the date full payment is confirmed.
Please note that production time does not include shipping time.
2. Order Confirmation
Your order will only be confirmed after full payment has been received. Kindly ensure that all order details, including design, size, color, and delivery information, are correct before confirming your order.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
3. Shipping Timeline
Shipping begins after production is completed. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping company, delivery location, and other external factors.
PIEM Leathers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. PIEM Leathers will not be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged separately where applicable and may vary based on the customer’s location and preferred delivery method.
6. Damaged Items During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days after delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
Where the issue is confirmed to be a fault with the product, PIEM Leathers may offer a replacement or repair of the same shoe in the same design.
7. Missed or Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to respond to the delivery company, any extra delivery cost may be borne by the customer.
8. Sale Orders
Orders placed during sales may take longer due to increased demand. Sale orders are produced within 20 working days, after which shipping will begin.
