By placing an order with PIEM Leathers, you agree to the following:

1. Order Confirmation and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept part payments or credit payments. Your order will be confirmed once full payment is received. Please ensure all details (design, size, and color) are correct before confirming, as modifications after confirmation may not be possible.

2. Production and Shipping

Standard Orders: Production for standard orders takes up to 12 working days.

Sale Orders: Production for orders purchased during sales takes up to 20 working days. 

Shipping Time: Shipping time is in addition to production time. Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers are not the responsibility of PIEM Leathers.

3. Custom Designs and Colors

Color & Design: Due to the handmade nature of our products, colors and designs may vary slightly from photos or swatches. These are not considered defects.

4. Shoe Sizing

Accurate Measurements: You are responsible for providing the correct measurements. We cannot be held liable for sizing issues if the provided measurements are incorrect.

Fit Adjustments: If the shoes don’t fit, contact us within 5 days for possible alterations at additional cost.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

Sale Items: Shoes bought on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Faulty Products: If the shoes are damaged upon receipt, contact us within 2 days after delivery for a replacement or repair of the same shoe with the same design.

6. Alterations

Alterations can be made but will void return/refund eligibility.

7. Rudeness Towards Representatives

Respect: Rudeness, insults, or disrespectful behavior toward any representative of PIEM Leathers will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in order cancellation and/or denial of after-sales support.

8. Care Instructions

Follow the provided care instructions to maintain your shoes. Failure to do so may void any warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs and intellectual property remain the property of PIEM Leathers. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Liability

We are not liable for minor variations in size, color, or design. Our liability is limited to the cost of the shoes, excluding shipping.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you accept these terms.
